Marta Chamorro is an Applied Assistant Professor of Spanish in the Department of Language & Literature at The University of Tulsa's Kendall College of Arts & Sciences. With over two decades of teaching experience at TU since 2000, she specializes in developing innovative language curricula including her Business Spanish course that integrates business concepts, language acquisition, and cultural studies.
Her research focuses on Spanish instruction methodologies, business language applications, and cultural pedagogy. Chamorro aims to help students achieve high proficiency levels while fostering lifelong interest in Spanish language and culture. She previously taught Business and Accounting in Spain and consulted for corporations before joining TU.
