Dr. Marsha Richardson is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the School and Mental Health Counseling Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University. Her professional experience spans clinical psychology practice, program administration, and leadership roles in mental health agencies across Philadelphia and Chester counties. Dr. Richardson specializes in trauma-informed care, program development, and child resiliency initiatives.
