Marsha Ducey is an Associate Professor and Chair at the State University of New York at Brockport, Department of Journalism and Social Media Programs. Her work focuses on journalism education, media law, and gender representations in media.
- PhD in Communication from the University at Buffalo
- MA in Media Studies from Syracuse University
- BA in Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University
Her research explores intersections of journalism education, media law, and gender dynamics in media representation. She also serves as advisor to the Society of Professional Journalists Chapter, contributing to student engagement and professional development.
As a Chair, she oversees academic programs and faculty advisement in Journalism and Social Media.
