Dr. Marloes Bazelier holds dual roles as a part-time researcher/data manager at Utrecht University's Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Clinical Pharmacology (Faculty of Science) and a part-time pharmacoepidemiology expert at the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board. She obtained her MSc in Mathematics and PhD (2012) from Utrecht University, with doctoral research focusing on fracture risk in multiple sclerosis and diabetes using multinational healthcare databases.
Research Focus: Her work centers on pharmacoepidemiology, drug safety, and real-world data analytics. Key interests include:
