Marlene Graf is an Associate Professor at the S.J. & Jessie E. Quinney College of Agriculture & Natural Resources at Utah State University. She serves as the Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics within the Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences Department (NDFS). Her work focuses on academic program leadership and professional practice in dietetics education.
