Markus Möllenbeck, born in 1962 in Viersen, is a distinguished Baroque cellist and educator. He serves as a part-time Lecturer at the Folkwang University of the Arts and has led a Baroque cello class at the University of the Arts Berlin since 1996. His career spans decades of international performance with ensembles like Musica Antiqua Köln, Freiburger Barockorchester, and Capella Augustina, covering North America, Europe, and Asia.
