معرفی
Markus Müller is a Professor and Group Leader in Theoretical Quantum Technology at the Institute for Quantum Information, RWTH Aachen University and Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany. His academic trajectory includes positions at Swansea University (UK) as Professor (2018), Außerordentlicher Professor (2018), and Hauptdozent (2015), and earlier postdoctoral research at Complutense University of Madrid.
Education:
- Diplom in Physics, University of Konstanz, Germany (2000–2006)
- Ph.D. in Physics, University of Innsbruck and IQOQI, Austria (2007–2011)
His research focuses on quantum information processing and quantum simulation, with specialized applications in atomic, molecular, and optical systems. This encompasses fundamental quantum protocols, many-body physics simulations, and quantum hardware development.
He leads the Theoretical Quantum Technology Group, which actively recruits Postdoc and PhD candidates for projects at the intersection of quantum theory and experimental implementation.
