Markus Loeffler

Prof. Markus Loeffler is a Full Professor and Director of the Institute of Medical Informatics, Statistics and Epidemiology (IMISE) at the University of Leipzig since 1994. He also serves as Scientific Director of the Center of Clinical Trials Leipzig (ZKS), the Interdisciplinary Center for Bioinformatics (IZBI), and the LIFE Research Center for Civilization Diseases. His work focuses on biometric analysis of clinical trials, epidemiology of chronic diseases, and bioinformatic integration of multi-omics data.
