Markou Ioannis is a Professor of Commercial Law at the Athens University of Economics and Business, affiliated with the School of Business and the Department of Business Administration.
- Graduate of the Law School, University of Athens (1967)
- Doctorate from Freie Universität Berlin (1975)
His research focuses on Commercial Law, Company Law, and Securities Law, with extensive publications including monographs, detailed commentaries, and case law analyses. He has actively participated in conferences organized by the Hellenic Commercial Law Association and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), delivering lectures and presentations.
