Dr. Mark Wells is a Professor of Bible and Ministry at Montreat College, affiliated with the Faculty of Christianity, Culture, and Human Expression. He holds a B.A. from Friends University, an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Baylor University. His research focuses on classical philosophy, apologetics, ontology, theology of worship, and theological anthropology, with deep engagement in the works of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Karl Barth, Soren Kierkegaard, and early Church Fathers. He conducted fellowship research at St. Olaf College in 2007.
