Mark Rabalais

Mark Rabalais is an Instructor and Undergraduate Advisor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Louisiana State University (LSU), within the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering (2000) from the University of Texas at Dallas and an M.S. in Physics (1998) from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette). Prior to his academic career, he served in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician and nuclear reactor operator until 1990.

His research focuses on plasmas for semiconductor fabrication and ion beam materials analysis techniques, contributing to advancements in materials science and semiconductor technology.
