Mark Meyer

Dr. Mark Meyer is an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Georgetown College, Georgetown University. He is a biostatistician and Faculty Affiliate of the Center for Global Health Science and Security. His research focuses on novel methods for high-dimensional and longitudinal data analysis, with applications in biomedical, biological, and global health security domains.

Dr. Meyer holds a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from Harvard University. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Bucknell University and as an IRTA Fellow at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). His methodological work intersects with substantive fields such as environmental health, neurology, animal behavior, developmental psychology, and political science.

He collaborates extensively with researchers in global health security and environmental health, applying advanced statistical techniques to address complex interdisciplinary challenges.
