Dr Latham's recent publications span topics such as institutional corruption in 18th-century Britain, bankruptcy and insolvency legislation in Europe from 1850 to 2015, and the regulation of estate agents during the interwar period. These works reflect a strong thematic focus on institutional change, regulatory frameworks, and historical analysis of economic practices.
