Professor Mark Fielder is a Professor of Medical Microbiology at Kingston University, UK, affiliated with the Department of Biomolecular Sciences in the Faculty of Health, Science, Social Care and Education. He holds a PhD from King's College London (1995) and has been a faculty member since 1998, progressing to a professorship in 2011. His research focuses on rapid infectious disease diagnostics, antimicrobial resistance mitigation, and One Health approaches to zoonotic diseases.
