Mark Delaere is a Full Professor of Musicology at KU Leuven's Faculty of Arts, Department of Musicology, holding this position since 1992 when he became Associate Professor and was promoted to Full Professor in 1995. His academic career includes a 1989 Visiting Researcher position at TU Berlin.
His research spans critical areas of modern music scholarship:
