Mark D. COLE

Mark D. Cole is a Full Professor of Media and Telecommunication Law at the University of Luxembourg, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance and the Department of Law. He is also Course Director for the Master in General European Law LL.M. program and a member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT). His expertise spans European and Comparative Media Law, Internet Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Constitutional Law.

• German State Examinations in Law

Research Interests: Focuses on media law in digital contexts, including regulation of new information technologies, freedom of expression, and cross-border legal frameworks. Engages with both traditional and emerging media sectors, emphasizing European and comparative dimensions.
