Mark A Flanders is an Adjunct Instructor/Lecturer at Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Graduate & Professional Studies program. He currently serves as Chief Engineer for the International Battle Management C2 Division (AFLCMC/HBI) at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, overseeing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), development, and testing of AWACS aircraft for international allies.
