Marius Crainic

Prof. Marius Crainic is a Professor of Fundamental Mathematics at the Mathematical Institute, part of the Science faculty at Utrecht University. His research focuses on geometric structures such as Poisson manifolds, Lie groupoids, symplectic geometry, and differential geometry. He has contributed extensively to the study of deformation theory, cohomology, and geometric analysis. His work bridges algebraic topology, differential geometry, and mathematical physics.
