Marios Voskou is a Teaching Professor in Mathematics at the School of Sciences, UCLan Cyprus. He specializes in Pure Mathematics with a focus on Analytic Number Theory and Spectral Theory of Automorphic Forms. His research explores applications in hyperbolic counting, equidistribution problems, and Sieve Theory.
Education: PhD Candidate in Mathematics (University College London, viva scheduled 6/12/2024); MMath (University of Cambridge, 2020); BA in Mathematics (University of Cambridge, 2019).
Research Interests:
- Applications of Spectral Theory in hyperbolic geometry
- Equidistribution phenomena in number theory
- Modern sieve methods and multiplicative structures
Recent Research: Published in Research in Number Theory (2024) on Large Sieve Inequalities for Maass forms. Recent conference participation includes CIRM (Marseille), Mittag-Leffler Institute (Stockholm), and seminars at Bristol/London/Nottingham universities.
