Prof. Dr. Marion Reindl is an Associate Professor at the Department of Educational Science at the University of Salzburg. She holds a doctorate from the University of Würzburg and habilitated in 2023. Her research focuses on peers' impact on academic motivation, emotional development, learning prerequisites, and university didactics. She has held positions at the University of Augsburg and is now affiliated with the Quantitative Research Methods in Educational Science Team (QM).
