Marion Einsiedler is a Research Associate at the Competence Center for Empirical Youth Work and Social Research (JaSo) within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Health at Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Since 2021, she has focused on inclusive education models and diversity development, leading projects such as the evaluation of the Kempten Inclusion Model Region and discrimination-critical diversity initiatives in the Ostallgäu Jobcenter.
- Key research areas: Qualitative Social Research, Sociology of Everyday Life, and Value Formation in Migration Contexts
- Active in applied research since 2015, including healthcare projects at the University of Augsburg and philosophical research at Munich School of Philosophy
Her recent publications address inclusive education frameworks and interdisciplinary collaborations in social work. She contributes to policy-oriented research through evaluation projects funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health.
