Marion Demossier is Professor of French & European Studies at the University of Southampton, specializing in climate ethnography, environment and climate change, French and European politics, and the anthropology of food and wine. She is a member of the Centre for Transnational Studies and the Debating Ethnography research group, fostering interdisciplinary dialogues between social anthropology and natural sciences.
