Mario Palma

Mario Palma is an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Department of Human Sciences, European University of Rome, since 2020. Previously, he served as a Researcher in Constitutional Law at the same department from 2008 to 2020. His email is mario.palma@unier.it.

• Research Interests: Administrative procedural law, urban planning, public contracts, ICT regulation, and multilevel governance.
• Education: PhD in "Theory of Institutions between Federalism and Decentralization" from the University of Salerno.
• Projects: Participated in PRIN research projects on ICT regulation (2016) and territorial development (2018).
• Committee: Member of the Quality Committee of the European University of Rome.
• Publications: Authored monographs and articles on administrative law, with recent work focusing on judicial protection, territorial governance, and electoral systems.
