Marina Tsoi

Dr. Marina Tsoi is a Lecturer and Project Coordinator at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, affiliated with the School of Transformation and Sustainability and the Faculty of Religious Education. Since 2023, she coordinates cooperative programs with JWL, overseeing the 'Learning Facilitator' course. Previously, she held roles as head of International Relations at Kyrgyzstan's IUCA and organized DAAD-funded summer schools on conflict prevention.

Education:

• International Relations, Political Science, and History studies in Bishkek and Eichstätt
• Doctorate (2008) from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt

Research Focus: Combines regional expertise in Central Asia with pedagogical innovation, emphasizing digital education for marginalized groups. Active in conflict studies, religious education, and small-state diplomacy analysis. Co-edits Forum für osteuropäische Ideen- und Zeitgeschichte.
