Marina Bourgain

Marina Bourgain is a tenured Professor of HR & Management at Clermont School of Business, University of Clermont Auvergne. She serves as Director of the Associated Research Centre Clermont-Céreq and holds research affiliations with CleRMa (University of Clermont Auvergne) and Lyon3-Magellan. With interdisciplinary expertise spanning management, law, and labor economics, she leads studies on workforce dynamics and organizational behavior.
