Marilyn Jones-Gotman is a Professor at McGill University, affiliated with the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI). Her research focuses on human brain function and cognition, particularly learning and memory mechanisms for faces, words, designs, and odors. She conducts studies in both epilepsy patients and healthy volunteers, emphasizing translational clinical neuroscience.
Her clinical work has led to the development of widely adopted cognitive tests, including a computer-assisted test battery for neuropsychological evaluation in epilepsy.
