Marieka Brown

Marieka Brown is an Associate Professor at New Mexico State University's Department of English, specializing in English acquisition and multilingual education. Since joining the department in Fall 2014, she has taught courses like ENGL 111: Rhetoric and Composition, including specialized sections for the CAMP program. Previously, she directed and taught at the Center for English Language Programs at NMSU for nine years. She earned her M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with a TESOL emphasis and a minor in Linguistics.
