Marie Weskamm

Dr. Marie Weskamm is a Research Fellow at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with the Center for Internal Medicine: Infection Research and Vaccine Development at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). She holds a M.Sc. in Molecular Life Sciences and a Dr. rer. nat. (PhD) in Natural Sciences. Her research focuses on advancing infection biology and vaccine strategies, contributing to translational medical research.

Dr. Weskamm’s work is embedded within the Infection Research and Vaccine Development team, addressing critical challenges in microbial pathogenesis, immune response mechanisms, and clinical vaccine applications. She collaborates within the Faculty of Medicine’s interdisciplinary environment, leveraging the UKE’s clinical and research infrastructure.
