Marie Wahlgren is a Professor and Office Director at the Division of Food and Pharma, serving as Deputy Head of the Department of Process and Life Science Engineering at Lund University. She is affiliated with LTH Profile Areas: Engineering Health and Food & Bio. Her research focuses on physical chemical characterization of proteins, drug delivery systems, hydrogels, and Pickering emulsions, with industry collaborations involving companies like AstraZeneca and Novo Nordisk.
