Marie-Pierre Dargnies

Marie-Pierre Dargnies is a Lecturer in Finance at Paris-Dauphine University, where she has been employed since September 2012. Her academic career spans behavioral economics and finance, with a particular focus on gender differences, competition, and decision-making processes.

Dr. Dargnies completed her doctoral thesis titled "Gender and Taste for Competition: A Behavioral Approach" in November 2009 at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Paris School of Economics, supervised by Guillaume Hollard. Following her doctorate, she spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at the WZB (Berlin Social Science Center) in Berlin, working in Dorothea Kuebler's team from September 2010 to August 2012.
