Marie Mirsch is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at RWTH Aachen University, affiliated with the Gender and Diversity in Engineering Research Group. Her work bridges mathematics, ethics, and social sciences, focusing on anchoring diversity perspectives in technology, particularly through intersectional algorithmic fairness and ethical AI. She is part of the ENHANCE European Universities of Technology Alliance and coordinates national/international projects via the Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) Hub.
