Marie-Eve Laporte is a Professor of Management (CPJ) at Université Paris-Saclay, holding a research chair in Innovation Management and Future of Healthcare at the Jean Monnet Faculty (Law, Economics, Management) and RITM Research Center. Previously, she served as an associate professor at IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School and held management roles in the food industry for ten years. Her expertise spans healthcare management, health behaviors, food marketing, and digital transformation.
- Education:
- PhD in Management (2014) and HDR (2023) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Gustave Eiffel.
- Graduate of ESSEC Business School (1995).
Research Interests: Her work focuses on patient-centered healthcare systems, behavioral nudges in health, food industry marketing strategies, and digital transformation impacts. She explores how technology and behavioral science can address societal challenges like nutritional risk and health policy compliance.
Her recent articles analyze topics like food scanner apps’ influence on consumer choices, hospital patient orientation frameworks, and the psychological dynamics of brand crises. These reflect a strong emphasis on bridging healthcare systems with consumer behavior and digital innovation.
