Marie-Christine Fregin

Dr. Marie-Christine Fregin is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the WZB Research Department ‘Skill Formation and Labour Markets’, focusing on technological inequality and its social impacts. She concurrently serves as a part-time academic consultant at INPUT Consulting gGmbH, specializing in AI workplace integration. As an external PhD candidate at Maastricht University’s ROA, her research emphasizes skill matching, adult education, and AI’s role in labour markets. She has received DAAD and Baden-Württemberg scholarships for her academic pursuits.

Her academic career includes teaching positions at the University of Tübingen, where she contributed to comparative policy analysis and research methods.
