Marie Baudoux is an Assistant Professor in the Finance-Accounting-Economics Department at Kedge Business School. Her research bridges empirical corporate finance with corporate social responsibility, focusing on capital structure, labor relations, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) engagement in mission-driven companies. She also serves as head of the "Finance, Accounting, Audit" major in Bordeaux.
