Maribeth Schlobohm

Maribeth Schlobohm serves as Clinical Professor in the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology at UT Dallas, bringing expertise in legal communication and professional writing. With extensive experience in both academia and legal practice, she bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications.

Her scholarly work focuses on professional writing pedagogy and legal communication frameworks, particularly examining the intersection of law with technical and entertainment contexts. She co-authored 'Business and Technical Communication: A Guide to Writing Professionally', now in its third edition.

Professor Schlobohm maintains an active legal practice and mediation service, holding credentials as a Distinguished Mediator from the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
