Maribeth Kuenzi

Maribeth Kuenzi is an Associate Professor and Merriman Family Foundation Endowed Professor in Economic Growth and Leadership Development in the Management and Organizations department within the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She serves as Director of the Niemi Center for Economic Growth and Leadership Development. Her educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Her research focuses on organizational climate, ethical leadership, leadership mindsets, and business ethics. She investigates how ethical climates are created within organizations and the behavioral consequences of leadership styles. Her work emphasizes the socio-cognitive mechanisms underlying leader-subordinate dynamics and negotiations.
