Marianna Alesi is a full professor at the University of Palermo, affiliated with the School of Medicine and Surgery and the Department of Psychological, Pedagogical, Physical Exercise and Training Sciences. Her research focuses on developmental and educational psychology, with a particular emphasis on physical activity's role in cognitive and motor development, learning disabilities, and mental health.
