Mariane Bertagnolli, PhD is a Scientist at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) at the Glen site and an Assistant Professor in the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University. She is affiliated with the Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan Program and the Centre for Translational Biology, where she leads research focused on vascular mechanisms in pregnancy-related disorders.
Dr. Bertagnolli's research centers on elucidating mechanisms that interrupt new blood vessel formation in mothers, placentas, and fetuses affected by hypertensive disorders like pre-eclampsia.
