Mariana Angelova Boneva

Senior Lecturer Mariana Angelova Boneva is affiliated with the Department of Language Education and Sport (DEOS) at Medical University – Sofia. Since 1993, she has taught specialized French and English terminology for medical faculties (FDM, MF, FF) and contributed to curriculum development and exam commission organization for doctoral candidates, foreign students, and language competitions.

• Education: French Philology (Veliko Tarnovo University, 1977-1981); English Teaching Qualification (Sofia University, 1987-1989); Postgraduate Methodology training (Sofia University, 1982-1983); Specialized training in France and Austria.

Her research focuses on foreign language pedagogy, medical terminology instruction, and language education for academic purposes. She collaborates with international institutions like the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) and the French Institute in Sofia.
