Maria Rosaria Gualano is an Associate Professor of Public Health at the Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (UniCamillus) since 2018. She holds a medical degree and specialization in Hygiene and Public Health from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Her academic roles include membership in the PhD program 'Health Service & Systems Research' at Università Cattolica, and governance roles in the Centre for Global Health and Leadership in Medicine. She is also an Associate Editor for PLOS One and active in public health leadership initiatives.
