Maria Margarida Tavares Lopes Almeida is a retired Professor at the University of Aveiro, affiliated with the Department of Materials and Ceramic Engineering. Her academic journey includes a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Aveiro (1988) and a Chemical Engineering degree from IST, Technical University of Lisbon.
