Maria Jesus Ruiz Garcia

Dr. Maria Jesus Ruiz Garcia is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Murcia. She earned her doctorate from the Universidad de Murcia with a thesis on prolonged breastfeeding in mothers from Murcia. Her research focuses on nursing practices and health research from psychological perspectives.

Her primary research interests include maternal health, breastfeeding studies, and psychological aspects of nursing care. She collaborates with the Health Research from a Nursing and Psychological Perspective group.
