Maria Hartmann

Maria Hartmann is a Researcher at the Center for Conflict Research, Philipps University of Marburg, Germany. Her work bridges academic research, political activism, and public education, focusing on diaspora activism, dissident memory in post-migrant societies, and transnational solidarity networks. Currently, she pursues her doctorate on "Neue Allianzen? Dissidenz als geteilte Erinnerung in der postmigrantischen Gesellschaft," examining Syrian diaspora and DDR dissident movements.
