Maria Grazia Gnoni is an Associate Professor in the Department of Innovation Engineering at the University of Salento. She holds a PhD in Integrated Production Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari (2003) and has been affiliated with the University of Salento since 2001. Her research focuses on sustainable logistics, industrial safety, and environmental sustainability. She is part of the Ecotekne Center and teaches courses in Safety and Environment for Mechanical Engineering students and Supply Chain Management for Management Engineering programs in English.

Research interests emphasize risk assessment methodologies, fire safety measures, and pollution control technologies.
