Maria Dolores Castro Pais

Maria Dolores Castro Pais is an Associate Professor in the Department of Didactics, School Organization and Research Methods at the Faculty of Education and Social Work, University of Vigo (Campus Ourense). Her work focuses on Research and Diagnostic Methods in Education.

• Education: Doctorate from the University of Santiago de Compostela (2016), with a thesis on leadership styles in female banking managers supervised by Dr. Ana María Porto Castro and Dr. Xosé Cajide Val.

Her research interests include educational leadership, didactics, and gender studies, with an emphasis on equity and social cooperation through the CIES-UVigo research group.
