Dr. Margot van der Goot is a Researcher in the Persuasive Communication group at the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, University of Amsterdam (UvA). She is based at the Nieuwe Achtergracht 166, Amsterdam, with expertise in human-machine interaction, AI, and user perception research.
Her work focuses on human-machine communication, chatbot design, and the psychological and social implications of artificial intelligence. She explores how users perceive and interact with AI-driven systems, with applications in persuasive technology and user experience optimization.
