Margarita Martí Ripoll

Margarita Martí Ripoll serves as Senior Associate Professor in the Department of People and Organization Management at Esade Business School, Ramon Llull University. She holds dual appointments in Esade's Institute of Public Management and Governance and teaches across Executive Education, BBA, and Master's programs. Previously, she directed BBA and Part-Time programs at Esade and taught Organizational Psychology at UPC's engineering school and Blanquerna's Psychology Faculty.

Her academic credentials include a PhD in Psychology from Blanquerna (Universitat Ramon Llull) and a Licentiate in Philosophy and Educational Sciences (Psychology Section) from Universitat de Barcelona. She further holds a Master's in Organizational Development from GR Institute for Organizational Development & Personnel Management in Israel.
