Margaret Leone

Dr. Margaret Leone is a Lecturer of French at the School of Arts & Sciences, SUNY Plattsburgh. She has been affiliated with the Modern Languages & Cultures Department, teaching courses in French language and literature. Her academic background includes advanced studies in French literature and second language education.

• Ph.D. in Second Language Education, McGill University (2013)
• M.A. in French, University of Rochester (1987)
• B.A. in French, Niagara University (1982)

Her research focuses on language acquisition, sociocultural dimensions of foreign language learning, and historical French literature. She holds certifications from the Universite Catholique de l'Ouest d'Angers.
