Marcos Mandado Alonso

Dr. Marcos Mandado Alonso is a full-time University Teacher in the Department of Physical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Vigo (Campus Vigo). His email is mandado@uvigo.es.

• Education: PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Vigo (2004), thesis on "Applications of the AIM theory in the chemistry of oxygenated compounds" directed by Dr. Ricardo Mosquera Castro and Dr. Ana M. Graña Rodriguez.

Research Focus: A member of the QF3 Quantum Chemistry research group, his work bridges quantum chemistry and physical chemistry, with emphasis on theoretical and computational methods applied to oxygenated compounds.
