Marco Meneguzzo

Marco Meneguzzo is a Professor of Public and Non-profit Management at the Faculty of Economics, Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), Lugano, and holds a full professorship in Public Administration and Management at the Department of Business Administration, University of Rome Tor Vergata. He currently serves as Academic Director of the Master’s programme in Public Management and Policy (SPAN), a joint initiative of Swiss Universities in Lugano, Lausanne, and Bern.

His research focuses on public networks governance, healthcare management, and public-private partnerships. Notable projects include EU-funded initiatives on integrated care for frail patients (COST Action) and cross-border cooperation between Ticino and Lombardy (Interreg IV). He is actively involved in international networks such as EGPA and EURAM, coordinating strategic groups like 'Public Networks Governance and Management.'

Professional roles include coordination of PRIN projects on healthcare networks and cultural sector governance. He has led studies on economic impacts of cultural events (e.g., Locarno Film Festival) and healthcare-private enterprise collaborations in Tuscany. His institutes at USI include the Centre for Organisational Research (CORe), Institute of Economics (IdEP), and Institute of Public Health (IPH).
